Across America, but particularly in the South, abortion clinics are in a fight for their existence. Since 2010, legislators across America vowing to make their states "abortion free" have introduced hundreds of anti-choice bills. Caught in the political quagmire are millions of women of reproductive age, many of them poor and uninsured. Their only hope? The men and women fighting to fulfill the protections guaranteed by Roe v. Wade.


Dana is an adventure-seeking, team-playing producer and jack of all documentary film trades and more. Before Trapped, she associate produced (Dis)Honesty: The Truth About Lies, with Academy Award-winning production company, Salty Features, The film premiered at Full Frame Film Festival and Hot Docs Film Festival, and aired nationally on CNBC in 2015. Dana was a production assistant on 2014 Sundance Film Festival Award-winning documentary, E-TEAM, and is currently completing her debut feature-length sports documentary, The Last 90 Minutes.

Dana has been an architect, college soccer coach, and architecture teacher for former street kids at The Green Gecko Project in Siem Reap, Cambodia. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and a Master of Fine Arts in Social Documentary Film from the School of Visual Arts. She is also the the video content Producer / Director for PACH: The Project for the Advancement of Our Common Humanity at New York University.
